BJ Productions Terms and Conditions
1. A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve the date, 1/3 due at first meeting 1/3 due at rehearsal, and 1/3 due upon delivery. Accounts must be paid in full upon delivery of tapes
2. Upon your signature, BJ Productions reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for this time and date. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable if the wedding is canceled for any reason, or if the date is changed.
3. If we are unable to perform the services agreed upon for any reason, we will refund your deposit.
4. it is the responsibility of the client to secure permissino of church, synagogue, or other officials to video the ceremony. The deposit is non-refundable if such officials prevent the videotaping.

5. BJ Productions will abide by the rules of the church or synagogue regarding camera placememnt at the ceremony. Permission is required before the camera(s) are set up.
6. BJ Productions will retain a master copy of the production.
7. BJ Productions will take utmost care to produce a tape of excellent quality. However, we will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power failure, equipment malfunction, and defective tape/DVD stock. If recording is prevented due to such occurrences, the deposit will be fefunded. BJ Productions make no guarantees, either expressed or implied, with regard to aesthetic qualities of the completed tape.
8. Under any and all circumstances, BJ Productions liability is limited to the refund of the deposit.
9. BJ Productions reserves the right to use portions of the videotape for promotional and/or other purposes.
